Tracy is a highly motivated, energetic woman who has worked in the nursing profession for the last twelve years.  Tracy is a Registered Nurse whose background is diverse, working in specialty areas such as cardiac and surgical nursing.  She worked on Performance Improvement and Utilization Review teams and has been instrumental in empowering and motivating co-workers.  Tracy found no greater joy than working with her patients, helping them achieve the best possible quality of life for them.  However she felt something was lacking, and unfulfilled within the confines of her job description.  She felt there was more she could offer to all she encountered.

Recently, Tracy found herself on the other side of medicine.  She was now the patient.  Tracy was diagnosed with a life altering illness.  Her life as she knew it was over.  As directed by her medical team, she had to find ways to make serious changes in her life, or the out come would not be positive.  Tracy endured many different treatments with no success.  Constant discouraging news was always coming from her physicians.  But this adversity never kept her down!  Her vision, determination, and pure inner strength has gotten her where she is today.

While still battling all of this, her spiritual growth and personal growth has been astounding.  She has not been afraid to take some risks to change herself for the better.  Tracy has faced challenges head on and learned the tools to put her plans into action.
